Where do the sessions take place?

I currently only offer remote counselling over video call or telephone. This means you can access counselling from the privacy of your own home. You will need to have a time and place where you can be alone, and speak freely without fear of being overheard or interrupted.

How long are counselling sessions?

Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length.

How often are counselling sessions?

Initially I’d ask that we meet once a week. It may be appropriate to meet less frequently once we have established a solid relationship.

How much does counselling cost?

My fees are £40 per 50-minute session.

I have a small number of subsidised places available if you are on benefits or a low income. Please ask me for details.
